As the CEO and General Manager of Business and Technical Operations , Qua'Vail oversees the technical direction and the business administration of the organization. He is responsible for managing the budget and the staff, as well as ensuring the quality and safety of our programs and facilities.

With nearly 15 Years of experience he is a certified soccer coach, and National B License candidate with the U.S. Soccer Federation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and has earned a Master in High Performance Football certificate from the MBP School of Coaches, a Level II: Rush Way Coaching Course certificate from Rush Soccer, and a Goalkeeping Level 1 certificate from United Soccer Coaches.
